The Hotel Villaluisa Restaurant is also the best choice for those who love the genuine and savoury flavours of our hearty traditional cuisine.
Something so undescribable … you can only tast it! Guests who decide to sojourn under a half pension can choose daily, based on their personal needs, whether to enjoy lunch or dinner with us; at their disposition is a tasty and varied Menu of the Day with the choice of diverse dishes for every course.
As an alternative to our half or full pension service our guests can also choose their eating pleasures from our ample à la carte menu.
The Restaurant is also open to the general public and is in fact well known and acclaimed by residents of Todi and surrounding areas.
The Villaluisa Restaurant has been directly managed - with great passion - for over 20 years by Natale and Nerina Castrichini, who together with Chef Pasquina propose a cuisine tied to rich local heritage flavours and traditions.
You can’t do without tasting the local salami, bruschette, Norcia black truffle mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, traditional “strangozzi”, roasts, grilled delights, hunted game.
Many traditional dishes have been renewed with a modern touch and others are prepared in order to respond to every personal dietary need and palate.
Tasty genuine food to be combined with national wines, but mostly to be savoured with regional locally produced wines proposed by our maitre Paolo. All this delectable pleasure in a completely renovated ambience, where guests are attended to in every finest detail.
