Owned by the Borioli family since 1981, the ‘village’ is made up of the main country house, dating back to 1873, and of a group of farmhouses on the hill crest, in a highly panoramic location.
The main country house with its original stonewall facade extends over two floors. On the ground floor are the foyer, dining lounges, the restaurant’s kitchen and the pizzeria, whereas on the first floor are ten rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Just in front of the restaurant, a smaller farmhouse houses ten bedrooms overlooking the Nestore valley. Not far from there, another small house has been restored to accommodate up to 5 persons.
The former tobacco-curing-barn has been converted into 2 studio-apartments with independent entrance accommodating 2-3 persons.
Outside, a heated swimming pool with whirlpool tub set in a nice sun terrace awaits our guests’ convenience. The presence of spacious parking for cars, coaches, campers (48h free) makes our village the ideal spot for unforgettable holidays in Umbria.

OASI farmhouse hotel features 22 rooms (single, double for single use, double and twin bedded), 2 studio-apartments and a small cottage.
The 20 bedrooms are all bright and airy, and they each have en-suite bathroom, independent central heating, TV and telephone.
Silence is included in the price.
Some of them have magnificent views over the surrounding countryside with its beautiful hills, olive groves and the colours of the sunset (garden view), whereas others feature wooden beams and hand-made cotto floors (classic).

The small cottage called Villetta is a two-room apartment with bathroom and a broad living room, which may accommodate up to 5 persons.

Well-known for its cuisine, our restaurant offers the very best of the Umbrian cuisine, time-honoured recipes skilfully prepared with the finest food of the land and varied according to the seasons: home-made pasta, grilled meat, black truffles and much more accompanied by the sincere, warm hospitality that only a family-run business may offer.
For pizza lovers, OASI opens its renowned pizzeria everyday at 7.30 pm: more than 30 different toppings to choose among and the unmistakable taste of Colfiorito mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and wheat flour of the Tiber valley.
