La Rosetta Relais in Toricella by the Trasimeno lake side is a fine building dated back to 1900. It has been renovated keeping the old features unchanged. It evokes still today ancient times and atmospheres offering each guest a relaxing stay in the colours and scents of the surrounding nature.

Travel information
From Florence: Motorway A1 to Rome, exit Valdichiana-Bettolle, clearway to Perugia, exit Torricella. At the stop sign turn on the right and go on 500 m.
From Rome: Motorway A1 to Florence, exit Orte, drive to Perugia-Lago Trasimeno, once past Ferro di Cavallo, Olmo Ellera, Corciano, Magione, take the exit to Torricella and then turn on the right and go on for about 1 km.

High Season: From 28st June to 30th August
Holidays: Christmas, New Year’s Day, Epiphany, Easter, Extra long week-ends.
The prices include:
-Bed linen.
-Bath linen.
-Water and power consumption, heating.
-Internet connection.
-TV-SAT.
-Swimming pool .
-Flat cleaning after leaving.
-In Summer air conditioning (10 euro a day).
-Custom quotes for long stay.
- Each weekly stay includes seven nights (arrival and departure on Saturday).
-At the reservation the 30% of the total amount is required.
-At the arrival the keys are handed out, full payment and € 200,00 as caution money are required. The caution money will be given back before leaving and after having kept a check on the flat.
-Check in by 3 o’clock p.m. and chek out by 10 o’clock a.m.
