The Farm Holiday il Noceto Umbro recently built and located in Petrignano di Assisi, few kilometres away from the town of San Francesco. It offers to its own visitors peace and quiet added to comfortable rooms, a regular swimming-pool and the possibility to play volley-ball in our wide garden, to have a good time with friends and relatives.

Our single, double rooms or four-bedded rooms are very comfortable.
Every room is provided with bathroom, mosquito-net at windows, heating, relaxing lighting, solid and good quality furniture, safe and phone. As a result the inner temperature of the rooms is ideal all year round: fresh in summer and warm in winter.
Nearby the rooms there is a relaxing garden, ideal place where to play with your children or just take a pleasant reading.
Food & beverage
The umbrian cooking is rich of tradictions and delicious flavours. Grandmother Maria prepares traditional home-made pasta such as noodles, cappelletti, cannelloni, ravioli and gnocchi, a wide range of cakes, meat from courtyard animals, jams and preserves and home-made bread.
Here we also make tasting of choice wines such as Sagrantino di Montefalco, the Chianti, the Lento, the Balan, the Tocai or tasting of typical umbrian cheese, honey, truffles and salami.
Travel information
We organize on demand pottery or embroidery courses.

Important information
To our visitors we give the possibility to use our comfortable swimming-pool with a picturesque bath floor provided with deck-chairs bunks and lifebelts.
Cleaning of the pool is particularly cared to garantee the necessary hygiene to swimmers.
The pool is the ideal place where to get refreshed and relaxed during umbrian hot summer days, looking just in front of you at the impressive panorama of Assisi and Monte Subasio.
